As a Senior Strategic Business Development, you will drive the acquisition, growth, and expansion of strategic enterprise accounts through Sprint Asia’s Messaging, AI, and Omnichannel Customer Engagement solutions. This role focuses on consultative enterprise selling, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business impact and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire, manage, and expand strategic enterprise accounts across targeted industries
Drive consultative enterprise sales for Messaging, AI, and Omnichannel Customer Engagement solutions
Develop and execute account growth strategies with a strong commercial and revenue-driven mindset
Build compelling business cases, ROI justifications, solution proposals, and commercial models
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including long sales processes (2–6 months) involving multiple stakeholders
Present and position solutions such as WhatsApp Business API, AI models, Chatbots, SMS OTP/Notifications, Omnichannel platforms, CRM, and Marketing Automation
Collaborate with internal technical, product, and solution teams to design tailored enterprise solutions
Understand and articulate technical concepts including API integrations, chatbot flows, CRM integration, omnichannel journeys, and automation logic
Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at senior and executive levels
Stay updated on industry trends, customer engagement technologies, and AI-driven solutions
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B solution selling
Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
AI models or AI platforms
WhatsApp Business API
SMS OTP / Notification services
Chatbots and Omnichannel solutions
CRM, Marketing Automation, or Customer Engagement Platforms
Familiar with industry segments such as FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Telco, Healthcare, and E-commerce
Experience working with or selling solutions to IT Services, Telco, Banking, or FMCG companies
Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture, including APIs and system integrations
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Strong capability in building commercial proposals, pricing models, and ROI-driven justifications
Solid understanding of long sales cycles and complex enterprise buying processes
Knowledge of AI models and AI-driven solutions is a strong plus
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API is highly preferred
