As a System Administrator Staff, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, working closely with the IT team to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and proposing infrastructure system solutions for internal or project-based needs.
Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for system or appliance solutions to validate technical feasibility.
Support the design, analysis, and deployment of new infrastructure systems, both software- and hardware-based.
Conduct troubleshooting, monitoring, and routine maintenance of infrastructure systems.
Provide operational support and be willing to work outside regular working hours as part of a 24×7 helpdesk/on-call support rotation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and security.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Willing to work full-time from office (WFO)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux (all major distributions) and Docker environments.
Familiarity with virtualization and clustering technologies, such as VMware vSAN & vCenter or Proxmox VE Cluster.
Knowledge of programming or scripting tools, including API/REST API for infrastructure systems, is a plus.
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and motivated mindset.
Demonstrates a professional attitude, good work ethics, and willingness to learn.
