About the Job:

As a Software Engineer Manager, you will be pivotal in leading and managing our software engineering team. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they align with our organizational goals. Your expertise in various programming languages, database technologies, IT infrastructure, and project management will be crucial in driving the success of our engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of Information Technology, SDLC, IT Architecture Design, and IT Project Management
  • Good knowledge of several programming languages like Go-Lang, ReactJs, PHP, Python, Java, and Hybrid Framework (Flutter, React Native, Dart) 
  • Good knowledge of database technology like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Good knowledge of data source technology like Redis, RabbitMQ
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and Network

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education in Computer Science/Information Systems/Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role in large organizations
  • Experience in handling complex projects
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience managing at least 20 team members
  • Proven experience in project management and successful delivery of technical projects
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is preferred

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive the Company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the IT Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth
  • ​​Contacting and setting up meetings with prospective clients Identifying clients’ needs
  • Creating winning proposals and presenting them to prospective clients 
  • Networking proactively and attending events, canvassing 
  • Closing the deals as well as helping the client until the project & campaigns live
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 1 + years of experience in Digital Marketing, SMS Gateway, Chatbot, or any other IT industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills & fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Marketing is preferred
